Exposure to nature not only makes you feel better emotionally, it contributes to your physical wellbeing, reducing blood pressure, heart rate, muscle tension, and the production of stress hormones.
Stairway to Heaven
Statement: Some historical to present day religious teachings have taught us that in order to reach God's ear we have to pay in blood, sweat and tears, and then some more. To me He is in the breeze rolling over fields, in the whispers of butterfly wings, and the song of birds in the early morning. It is in silent contemplation where heart to heart connection occurs and not in strenuous exertion.
