Terms and Conditions


The artist shall not incur any liability or penalty for delays due to
unusual transportation delays, or external forces beyond the control of
the artist. If such event(s) occur, it shall entitle the artist to extend the
delivery date, by the time equivalent to the period of such delay.
Claims for damaged artwork in-transit must be made by the client in
writing within a period of ten (10) days after delivery of the order and
must be accompanied by *proof of said damage. Failure to make such
claim within the stated period shall constitute irrevocable acceptance
and an admission that they fully comply with terms, conditions and
specifications.
*The following constitutes proof of damage:
A signed delivery note by the buyer, from the courier company, stating
the damage and accompanied by a photograph of the damaged
artwork.
In such case, at the reasonable discretion of the artist, the client will
be reimbursed with 50% of the sales price, to cover the costs of the
artist, and another print of the same artwork will be sent at no
additional cost to the buyer. If there is no longer another print left of
the limited edition artwork delivered, the full price will be reimbursed or
alternative arrangements can be made.
