Magnificent Art – Mild Ecstasy

This magnificent digital artwork was photographed through a pinhole and taken at the Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens in Cape Town.

Spending time in nature is one of the keys to happiness. I’m not saying that all your cares and worries will float away completely, but you will be happier.

Sojourning outside also boosts your immunity. Studies have found that those who spend more time in nature around forests, parks, and other places with plenty of trees experience increased immune function.

Plants emit phytoncides, airborne chemicals they use to protect themselves, which also benefit humans.

It is your happiness at the end of the day, and you can’t fill someone else’s cup if yours is empty. So, taking the time to look after your well-being is crucial before you can help the rest of the world.

I named this limited edition print “Mild Ecstasy” because we can manifest euphoria by consciously practicing presence.

Relaxation is more important than you think and can be achieved by utilising thought navigations. Relaxation helps to cope with stress, so instead of fear, focus on love, instead of anxiety focus on blessing, instead of anger focus on peace.
