Description
I took this photograph in 2016 at a venue where the Christmas decorations were still up in May. It struck me as odd, but it still had the same festive feeling regardless of the time of year.

Bathed Abrasion
Statement: Personal growth is important because it makes us more flexible, more understanding, and better prepared for the future and it also enriches the lives of those around us. Whether abrasive or gentle, trust the cleansing process as well we know that where there is smoke there is fire, where there is fire there is light, where there is light there is an enlightenment of the soul. "The soul which cannot endure fire and smoke won't find the secret." Rumi
Inside the Mind
Statement: From a scientific point of view, it is necessary to remind ourselves that all knowledge of our environment has entered in the form of messages, transmitted along the nerves to the seat of consciousness. This said, it must be understood that consciousness is not sharply defined, but fades into sub-consciousness and beyond that we must postulate something indefinite, but yet continuous with our mental nature.
Love Is The Only Gold
Statement: "Truth, like gold, is to be obtained not by its growth, but by washing away from it all that is not gold." Tolstoy. Love is truth and resides in your heart. It need not be feared, for it is the key to opening all doors that lead to enlightened consciousness, and respect of individual and collective life. "Love is the Only Gold" formed part of my 2nd solo exhibition in Statuto13 Gallery, Milan, 2013. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V_C7iTItZBk&t=5s
